Kathryn is a native of St Petersburg and loves how the city has grown and changed. She was raised in the Old Northeast Neighborhood and now she lives in the Snell Isle area. She enjoys running, wakeboarding, boating and time by the pool. Kathryn graduated from St. Petersburg High School and Florida State University. Kathryn has a background in new construction and renovation.
David grew up in Charlotte, NC and graduated from Wake Forest University. After 13 years in Nashville, he moved his family to St. Petersburg. He enjoys golf, running and home improvement. David lives in the northeast section of St Petersburg close to downtown and the parks. It’s a very convenient area to restaurants, shopping and events. Walking is a favored method to access parks and the downtown area. The waterfront city parks are ideal for playing ball, running, entertaining kids and enjoying incredible panoramic views.
