Kathryn and David download the data in these sheets for your convenience on a monthly basis. The properties closed in these reports track back for 90 days, but are only downloaded at the end of each month. Feel free to download and use this information at your convenience.
Generally, property appraisers look back approximately 90 days to find comparable sold properties. They also try to maintain consistency with the number of baths, garages and square footage. Pools count towards value, but not as much as you might think.
